My Role: The Sansaire sous-vide turns any pot or container into a sous-vide water bath with its professional-grade immersion circulator. To complement the sous-vide gadget, I helped Sansaire to develop their ultra-high temperature blowtorch searing kit which flame sears the food quickly, creating flavors of fire-roasting, without jeopardizing the perfect doneness of sous-vide cooking.
