Branding and Social Media Assets
My Role: Directed brand strategic planning, executed lifecycle marketing strategies, tracked competition, defined key metrics, and developed customer segmentation and brand positioning of products for Hypegolf (as well as for Hypebeast, Hypemoon, Hypeart).
Hypebeast_Magazine Issue_30: Production, Event, & Global Launch
My Role: Directed the launch with organizing plans for Hypebeast Magazine production, sales on HBX e-commerce store, and in-person New York event. Drove weekly alignment meetings with global cross-functional teams including creatives, engineers, marketing, social media and others.
Global Launch Online and Gift Production
My Role: Supervised teams from creative, UX UI, and web development in all aspects of the creation and maintenance of various digital spaces and client communication for the inaugural Hypebeast100 list of influential creatives for 2022. Managed design and custom production of candle award set for honorees as well - set include candle, matches, card, and packaging.
HBX New York Store and Coinbase:
My Role: Oversaw the planning and execution of Coinbase Gashapon Machines activation at the New York HBX Store with the internal Hypemaker team, which included coordinating with clients to create contracts, identifying needs, and securing Coinbase regulations to ensure the success.
